ANALYSIS OF PARTICIPATORY-BASED VILLAGE MARKET DEVELOPMENT PATTERNS

This research aims to provide input on the arrangement of Village Market. The case study is Market in Serang Regency, Banten Province. locus was chosen because Pamarayan crosses Regency and Lebak has been running activities since independence. approach combines qualitative quantitative. informants amounted 15 people consisting market traders associations, village managers, Village-Owned Enterprises, RT/RW heads, youth leaders, local community leaders. main data used are primary through Focus Group Discussion (FGD). analysis technique MICMAC, by analyzing a systematic solution problem. Research results show: First, based existing conditions Markets regulations, whose governance under authority government. Second, MICMAC analysis, obtained quadrant II, namely relay variables including regional arrangements (zoning) traditional markets, management (waste parking management), increasing trader competence, building revitalization, trading facilities, financial seen significantly affect Regency.
